Program for Phase 3.
 
Phase 3 continues to build on the foundation of Self Defence with Confidence. This phase adds to the knowledge and abilities that you learned in phase 2. In Phase 3 we also add the new blocks of Largo Mano which is the basis of our long range fighting program and Dumog which is the grappling and locking part of the curriculum.
